For the Brydge Pro 12.9 and 11.0 keyboard hinges. Both models use the same rubber shim.
Our Brydge Pro keyboards arrive with rubber shims already installed on the hinges. However, if the rubber shims are removed from the keyboard hinge, lose their adhesive quality, or are damaged, replacements are needed.
The shims will have a yellow adhesive protective paper on them when they arrive. Once you receive the replacement shims, you can refer to this video to show how to remove the old shims, and install/attach the new shims: Video: Replacing the Rubber Shims
